Refund policy
Although I will always be doing my best to fulfil the order and satisfy your expectations with my products, these are the regulations I follow in case you wish to return an item:
• You have up to 14 days from the moment you receive the item to let me know you wish to return it. Please always contact me before posting back any items! Please use the contact form or email hello@margoorlovik.com
• Please note, that any customised and bespoke/commissioned orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
• After you have informed me about your intention to return the item, you have up to 14 days to ship it back to me. THE ITEM MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN AND MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. All items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
• After I have received the returned item, I will refund it within 14 days. Please note, the refund does not include postage or any taxes and duties payable on the item. You will receive an update email when the refund has been processed.
• If you wish to exchange your item, please get in touch with me within 14 days from the item receipt to discuss it. THE ITEM MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN AND MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.
• Margo Orlovik cannot cover the costs of returning an item and cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. To prevent disappointment you are advised to send your return via a tracked service and allow 7 working days (worldwide) before contacting Margo for an update on the status of your return.
